Longevity Interventions

It is becoming increasingly clear that drugs targeting the aging process will be used clinically in the not-so-distant future to extend human healthspan. However, without double-blinded trials for longevity, which may never occur, we may have to rely on evidence informed decesions made at the level of the inidividual physician in collaboration with their indivudal patients. Outfitting future physicians with knowledge of the biology of aging will drive their advocacy to accelerate our collective progress toward the next generation of medicine, targeting pathways the can modulate cellular aging to increasing human healthspan and lifespan.
